ImageTime2Hoop offers a special all- inclusive basketball training for each and every player's development.

The training package is designed on the needs of the athlete. The personal training package includes; skill development, strength, and conditioning training.

Strength and Conditioning Training

Weightlifting and Cardiovascular Training is designed increase strength and endurance; allowing athletes to compete at a higher level in the physical aspects of the game and good for overall daily life.

Speed, Agility, Endurance (SAE) Training

SAE Workouts increases foot speed, balance, as well as mental and body control.  Athletes will have a stronger core and the ability to fight mental fatigue.  Continuous SAE training is helpful for injury prevention.
